Silat (Silat Suffian Bela Diri), teacher Nikolas Sandrock, Alex Tovote – active since 2016
and trips to some other martial arts, such as Ryukyu Kobudo Tesshinkan Kyokai 2014/15 with Sensei Frank Pelny.
My goal for the next years will be to learn and understand the Shorin Kempo from Sifu Olaf Bock, and thus to further develop Lung Chuan Fa.
